Establishes a special fund to be called the Parks Maintenance and Recreation Services Special Fund for the deposit of all revenues and proceeds generated by the DPR relating to the use of lands dedicated for park use or for park maintenance and recreation services, or otherwise earmarked for the restoration, operation, or maintenance of beaches and parks under the jurisdiction of the DPR, to be expended for DPR operations, parks maintenance and recreational facilities, and programs under the jurisdiction of the DPR.
