When are property taxes due on Oʻahu?
Twice a year. On the Real Property Assessment Division's calendar, first-half year bills are mailed July 20 and first-half year payments are due August 20; second-half year bills are mailed January 20 and second-half year payments are due February 20.
The tax year begins July 1 and ends June 30, on the same calendar.
