When can I appeal my property assessment on Oʻahu?
The Real Property Assessment Division's calendar lists October 1 as the date of valuation, December 15 as the day assessment notices are mailed, and January 15 as the deadline for filing appeals.
The certified assessment roll is sent to the City Council on February 1, on the same calendar. The division's site notes that December 15, 2026 is the delivery date for the next notices of assessment.
