REAPPOINTMENT OF NA‘ALEHU ANTHONY TO SERVE ON THE BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY. Confirming the reappointment of Na‘alehu Anthony to serve on the Board of Water Supply of the City and County of Honolulu for a term to expire on June 30, 2031. There was no public testimony. CITY ADMINISTRATION TO ADOPT SUSTAINABLE ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR PRACTICES. Urging the City Administration to adopt sustainable road construction and repair practices through the integration of recycled ash and enhanced metal recovery.
