REAPPOINTMENT OF MS. MELANIE ISLAM TO SERVE ON THE CLIMATE CHANGE COMMISSION. Confirming the reappointment of Ms. Melanie Islam to serve on the Climate Change Commission of the City and County of Honolulu for a term to expire on June 30, 2031.
