Amending the City's traffic code established by Chapter 15, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 2021, establishing a citywide Parking Meter Zone for on-street and off-street parking, authorizing variable parking meter rates and operation hours for all zones, establishing criteria for periodically adjusting parking meter rates and operation hours, repealing facility-specific regulations, and authorizing reduced parking rate programs.
