Transfer of funds up to an amount not to exceed $16,777,253 in General Fund monies be transferred from the Provision for Hazard Pay activity (salaries character of expenditure ("COE")) for fiscal year 2026 to the Department of Transportation Services, Transportation Mobility activity (salaries (COE)) for the payment of Temporary Hazard Pay to eligible members of Teamsters.
