APPOINTMENT OF RAY SOON TO THE CLEAN WATER AND NATURAL LANDS ADVISORY COMMISSION. Appointing Ray Soon to serve on the Clean Water and Natural Lands Advisory Commission of the City and County of Honolulu for a term to expire on January 14, 2031. There was no public testimony.
