APPOINTMENT OF JULIE PIOTROWSKI TO SERVE ON THE GRANTS IN AID ADVISORY COMMISSION. Confirming the appointment of Julie Piotrowski to the Grants in Aid Advisory Commission of the City and County of Honolulu for a term to expire on January 14, 2030. This item was cancelled. Authorizing a transfer not to exceed $350,000 in General Fund monies, $181,438 from the Housing Development Division activity (salary character of expenditure ("COE")) and $168,562 from the Land Transactions Division activity (salary COE) to the Administration Division activity (salary COE); $241,680 in Clean Water and Natural Lands Fund monies from the Administration Division activity (current expenses ("CE") COE) to the Conservation Office activity (CE COE) to ensure that appropriations reflect the Department of Housing and Land Management’s ("DHLM") newly-approved organizational structure, divisions, functions, and activities. Amending Chapter 6, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 2021, establishing fees and charges for the performance of services by the MED that the department is not otherwise required by law to perform, that are reasonably related to the cost of the service being provided, and that are not among the fees that the MED is currently authorized to charge.
