MOU FOR THE REVIEW OF PERMITTED PROJECTS IN THE CHINATOWN HISTORIC DISTRICT AND MERCHANT STREET COMMERCIAL AND CIVIC HISTORIC DISTRICT. Authorizing the Mayor or the Mayor’s designee to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between the City and County of Honolulu and the Department of Land and Natural Resources State Historic Preservation Division for the review of permitted projects in the Chinatown Historic District and Merchant Street Commercial and Civic Historic District.
