Adds business zoning district as a zoning district in which affordable rental housing projects are a permitted use. Amends affordable rental housing development standards and loading requirements. Deletes figures illustrating possible configurations of maximum building area and required yards. Amends formula for determining the maximum number of affordable rental housing units for each zoning lot. Repeals ROH Section 32-2.9, relating to the maximum size of units. Deletes provisions relating to allowable building areas. Amends provisions relating to building height maximum standards. Deletes Table 32-A relating to building heights and areas. Adds standards for corner lots. Adds requirement that all structures on a lot developed under ROH Chapter 32 must adhere to the development standards therein. Amends effective date section of Ordinance 19-8, as amended by Ordinance 23-12. Amends effective date section of Ordinance 18-1, as amended by Ordinance 25-25.
