Summary, as the council's system prints it: Repeals the requirement that industrial users who discharge or cause to be discharged certain wastewaters into the public sewers pay a surcharge in accordance with ROH Section 43-6.6 ("Nonresidential strength surcharges"), consistent with the repeal of that section by Ordinance 25-27 (Bill 60 (2024), CD2, approved on June 24, 2025).
