Amends the real property tax exemption for low-income rental housing to require property owners to allocate the benefits of the tax exemption exclusively to a rental assistance program for persons who are low-income and reside in the housing project or to the maintenance and preservation ofthe housing project. Takes effect on July 1 2027.
