General Lease No. S-4276, commencing January 1970 and expiring January 26, 2035. The purpose of the amendment is to change the assignee from Tony A. Tay, husband of Helen H. Tay, to Tony Alik Tay and Helen H. Tay, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety; 2. Consent to Assign General Lease No. S-4276, Tony A. Tay, Trustee of the unrecorded Tony A.
