As the notice prints it
The proposed project includes the construction of an affordable housing project including approximately 310 residential units (single-family, multi-family, duplex, and live-work units) and commercial uses on currently vacant land. The project would be designed with roadways, park and green space, bike and pedestrian paths, and a wastewater treatment plant. This is a second submittal of the Draft EA published in the May 23rd edition of TEN. Appendices B-G2 are included in this second submittal.
