A Draft Environmental Assessment and Anticipated Finding of No Significant Impact (DEA-AFNSI) for the Honolulu Police Academy – New Parking Lot and Master Plan Improvements project was published in the May 23, 2024, edition of The Environmental Notice. Since publication of the DEA-AFNSI in May 2024, the project scope has changed. A new DEA will be prepared to reflect such changes and in accordance with Hawaii Administrative Rules, Section 11-200.1.
