- On December 3, 2025, Representative Rachele Lamosao was appointed by Governor Josh Green to fill the vacancy created upon the resignation of Henry J.C. Aquino. As the original term of office expires on November 7, 2028, a vacancy election will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled 2026 Primary and General Election to fill the remainder of the term.
