Project: Mixed-use development consisting of a 38-story, 418-foot (ft.)-tall hotel with 291 guestrooms and a 17-story, 200-ft.-tall tower which includes 145 market-rate dwelling units and 69 affordable rental dwelling units incorporated into a six-story podium at the base of the tower. The podium will include ground-floor commercial uses, a residential and hotel lobby, a porte-cochère, and parking spaces.
