The Department of Design and Construction is proposing a State Land Use District Boundary Amendment (SLUDBA), to reclassify 8.188-acres (Tax Map Key 6-2-005: 001) from the State Land Use (SLU) Agricultural District to the SLU
Urban District (Project). The purpose of the SLUDBA is to implement a Facilities Master Plan for the City Lā‘ie Corporation Yard located at 56-020 Kamehameha Highway. The requested SLUDBA would bring the Corporation Yard into compliance with State Land Use Law.
