The Applicant is proposing a State Land Use District Boundary Amendment (SLUDBA), from the Agricultural District to the Urban District. Upon completion of the proposed SLUDBA, the applicant would seek a zone change consistent with the Urban District. According to the application, the SLUDBA and the forthcoming zone change are being undertaken to develop approximately 150-156 low-rise apartment units (duplex and townhomes), approximately 30,000 square feet of commercial space (retail and office space), parking, and a wastewater management system.
