The Waiawa Correctional Facility SUP (SP23-415) was remanded back to the Planning Commission (2022/SUP-3) by the State Land Use Commission (SP23-415) at their April 26, 2023 hearing in order to supplement the record supporting the SUP request. Land Use Commission documentation can be found on their website luc.hawaii.gov.
The Planning Commission has scheduled a hearing for the revised application for September 30, 2026. Please see the PC website or DPP calendar for more details on the hearing.
