Temporarily amends the disposition of the City’s collected transient accommodations taxes so that 50 percent will be deposited into the transit fund; 41 .66 percent, into the sewer fund; and 8.34 percent, into a special fund to be named by the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services and used to mitigate the impacts of visitors on public facilities and natural resources and supplement any funds regularly appropriated for that purpose. Takes effect on July 1,2027 and repeals on June 30, 2037.
