Summary, as the council's system prints it: Repeals the Community Renewal Program Fund and the Leisure Services Incentive Fund. Provides that upon the repeal of the Community Renewal Program Fund and the Leisure Services Incentive Fund, any remaining funds shall be transferred by the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services to another appropriate fund.
